Why Gymnastics?

Gymnastics is a fun physical activity that helps develop fitness through: gross and fine motor coordination, loco motor movements and sustained movements. Children develop laterality, directionality, eye-hand coordination, eye-foot coordination, and kinesthetic awareness. Plus they get to roll, glide, cartwheel, swing and flip!

All American Gymnastics extends an invitation to you to come and try our programs. Our facility has the most up to date equipment. You’ll find our facility clean, professional and family friendly. Whether you’re looking for quality of instruction or safety, no one in Utah County has more to offer you than All American Gymnastics.

Enrolling your child in a Parent Tot class allows him or her to develop confidence early on. This class provides an enjoyable experience for both the parent and child. It stimulates the development of strength, flexibility and basic loco motor / coordination skills through songs, games, activities and exercises for both class and home. Children are instructed and encouraged to follow directions in a structured yet fun class setting. They interact with other children and adults, learning how to respond to others outside the family unit. Our 45-minute Parent Tot classes are offered to 18 month - 3 year olds accompanied by a parent or guardian.
